At Serene Frost, we take pride in offering premium, carefully curated hair products. Due to the intimate nature of our items and their exclusive availability, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately to maintain our commitment to timely delivery. As a result, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after your purchase is submitted. Please ensure your product selections and shipping details are correct before checking out.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

Returns are accepted for store credit only and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Any return requests outside this window will not be honored.

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Hair must not be:
    • Combed, washed, brushed, dyed, cut, or styled
    • Removed from original ties or tampered with in any way

  • All original packaging must be fully intact

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return for store credit, please include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Proof of Purchase (Order Number or Receipt)

Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted or credited.

DELAYS & SHIPPING DISPUTES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Serene Frost is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or natural events. Refunds or chargebacks will not be approved for such issues.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed in our policies. For extra protection, we encourage you to add shipping insurance at checkout.
