At Serene Frost, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, elevated shopping experience from start to finish. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

BUNDLE DEAL PRE-ORDERS

When purchasing bundle deals on pre-order, please allow 10–14 business days for processing.

  • You will receive tracking information via email once processing is complete.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays.
  • Updates will only be sent after the processing period.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Carriers: All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance. Orders to PO Boxes will ship via USPS only.

• Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Carriers: International orders ship via FedEx or UPS.
  • Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 10 business days (varies by location).
  • Tariffs & Duties: These are not included in shipping costs and may be charged by your home country upon delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Need it faster? Email us at Serenefrostcollection@outlook.com with your order number for 1-day shipping requests. Please note: Not all expedited requests can be accommodated.

UNDELIVERABLE, LOST, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be restocked and you’ll receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping cost and a $35 restock fee.
  • Address updates must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. A $5 fee applies for changes requested after this period.
  • Serene Frost is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. For issues, please contact your local shipping provider directly.
